This figure is sculpted by Masahiro Ito and depicts the sinister female in her infamous nurse’s outfit. The skin-tight nurse’s uniform leaves little to the imagination with prominent curves adorning the body and legs that seem to never end. It’s a perfect example of how sexy and creepy a character can be, thanks to the imaginative designs of legendary creature designer Ito.

Besides her trademark uniform, the figure includes her metal pipe weapon and thin liquid-trapped mask. The spooky figure is finished with a dirtied appearance that gives it a worn look, making it a must-have for fans of the series.

In order to best capture BHN’s erratic movement, Mr. Ito made the choice to sculpt her in a pose that has her back contorted, legs askew and arms flailing from both sides. This is a very difficult pose to sculpt and shows how skilled Mr. Ito is at recreating the squirming, compulsive movements of this notorious enemy.
