The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame has introduced four new Jesus bobbleheads, just in time for Christmas gift-giving. One is an ornament; another is a caricature meant to be hung on a wall or displayed on a desk or mantel. Two are a little larger, for use as a mascot figure for college sports teams and other organizations. The fourth features the Son of God on bended knees, not for prayer but to let his head bounce and bobble like the others.
The new figurines are based on a photograph submitted by the public, and the Hall of Fame hopes to produce more of them in the future. “The feedback has been really amazing,” says Sklar. “People have been asking, ‘Where can I get a Jesus for my family?'”
