Bobbleheads are a series mainstay since Resident Evil 7 and in Resident Evil 3 they have returned with 20 statuettes to find. These figures are spread across the entire game so a full playthrough is necessary to collect all of them.
Almost Every Major Area Has One
Mr. Charlie Dolls
There are a handful of locations that will have one or more of these bobbleheads, including the first floor of NEST 2, sewer tunnels, and Raccoon City Hospital. Luckily, they are fairly easy to find, but you’ll still need to take your time to find them all.
The easiest to find is probably bobblehead #1 after Carlos saves you in the subway car. Head up the stairs and look between the newspaper machines.
Another one that’s quite tricky to miss is bobblehead #4, which can be found on the roof of Moon’s Donuts diner. To find it, turn right from the donut shop and then face south to see a small building with a platform on top.
Unlike the previous bobbleheads, this one requires a trigger. Located on the same street as you found bobblehead #3, there’s a toy store that will spawn a poster.
Once you get to this poster, you will have to stare at it for about 10 seconds before it spawns the bobblehead. This is the quickest way to get it, but if it doesn’t spawn the first time you try, you can keep trying again until it does.
