In this video I show you how I made a DIY Bobblehead Costume for a stage prop. I start with a 24 inch diameter balloon and after a whole lot of paper maché, Mod Podge, and paint we had ourselves such a unique life-sized prop for a dance recital!

Paper Maché Recipe: (I would always double it)
1 cup Flour
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp of Salt
*Use less water if you want it to be thicker.
*If it’s too watery, add some more flour little by little.
